My Journey
My Story
I’ve had a camera in my hands for as long as I can remember. There’s actually a photo of me at two years old, squinting through a disposable camera held backwards; I’ve been trying to find the right angle ever since. I grew up tagging along with my father, watching him capture life as a hobbyist, and eventually, those shared moments turned into my own ambition to master the art of light.
In 2020, I began to bridge the gap between stills and motion. Learning videography felt like a natural evolution—it opened up a new dimension of creativity and allowed me to tell stories that a single frame couldn't always hold. Today, my work is a 60/40 split of photography and cinematography.
When I’m not scouting locations or researching the next piece of gear, I’m usually found at home with my wife and our dog, Moose. Whether we are heading out for a quick hike or just relaxing together after a long day, they are my favorite change of pace from the creative grind. I’ve found that the best inspiration usually comes from those quiet moments—just recharging with family before the next project begins.
